I recently had Brad from Audio Video Artistry out to my home for a consultation, and I cannot recommend him enough. I’m passionate about my home theater, and it was clear from the moment he arrived that Brad shares that same passion.
He took the time to truly listen to my concerns about my current audio and video setup. Rather than just trying to sell me new equipment, he provided thoughtful recommendations and made immediate alterations to my existing system that made a noticeable difference. His technical knowledge is outstanding—he even walked me through how to maintain my projector settings myself to ensure everything stays dialed in.
What really stood out was his integrity. After our session, Brad followed up to emphasize how important it is to him that people "get what they pay for" and work with experts who set things up properly. It’s rare to find someone so committed to the customer experience rather than just the transaction. If I could "hit the rewind button," I would have bought my projector directly from him in the first place.

Chris and Brad are phenomenal. I went to the store last year to take a look. I heard their Masterpiece Signature Series in the back room, and words can't describe the experience.

A few months later, I'm back and Brad showed me the new Fresco line. Utterly mind blowing, the imaging and separation was the best I've heard.
I'm working with them right now on some custom Master Artist Audio towers.

Honestly, I can't say enough about these guys, their product, their knowledge and how willing and helpful they have been to me. First class all the way.

The fact the you have something designed, built and handled with the owners hands on is something hard to to find anymore, much less high end audio.

UPDATE December 27, 2025. I thought my Burmester 218 and 088 were end game purchases until I just upgraded to a 909 and 077. Chris gave me a trade in offer that I simply could not refuse so I went for it and am absolutely thrilled and amazed with the upgrades. If it wasn’t for Chris at AVA, I could have never made this happen, but somehow he did! In my opinion, AVA is the only audio option for me!!

I met Chris from AVA through a connection we both shared. He is one of the most authentic people I have ever met, not just in the audio business, in all facets of life. Initially, I didn’t even think about doing business with him; however, my questions were quickly solved by Chris based on his knowledge of audio equipment and the industry. I never felt like he was trying to “sell” me anything and ultimately I came to him to purchase some end game gear from Burmester. (Burmester is a significant upgrade over my Audio Research tube gear.) Chris never attempted to oversell me on anything and was always asking for information about room size, etc. to make sure I was buying the right stuff based on my family needs. In the future, I will buy from Chris for several reasons: always takes time to answer my calls, is honest with me, isn’t afraid to say “I don’t know” then finds out and gets right back to me. I consider myself lucky to have met Chris at AVA as a business associate but even luckier to call him a friend. Are handcrafted with high end materials. They have a nice leather look also.
The Matisse subwoofer is incredible too with the surround sound, no distortion at all . I fill like the speakers are like a race car being held back on a checkered flag on my system. Should have gotten a better receiver and amplifier but had to budget. The urc control system is very nice also . Anyway I will be enjoying the new Thorens turntable and the new Sony blue way player . Audio video Artisty store is the go to place for home theater, not like the big box stores, everything is top notch here. Much thanks to Chris and his team, they really work hard to make everything perfect.

Incredible, awesome, and easily exceeded our expectations are just some of the words that describe our experience with AVA… after years of trying and failing to put together a home theater system and home sound system that met our standards, this team came to the house and really listened to what we were hoping for… the Master Artist Pollacks and Matisse sub have to be the clearest speakers we have ever had and definitely keep a low profile… the Anthem receiver produces some of the most incredible surround sound effects that in some cases exceed what is available in movie theaters… the URC system of amplification and multimedia control fill every room and outdoors with crystal clear music that exceeded our expectations… and finally the team that recommended the equipment, explained the deferences between brands, and installed and calibrated the products was far beyond any we have dealt with in multiple cities and stores… we would highly recommend this team for your next purchase if you are looking to be impressed.

Chris and Brad and the whole entire staff at audio video artistry is the absolute best! I’ve had them work on multiple projects in my home over the last few years. They are professional, clean, responsive, and true experts at what they do. The custom monitors they built for me are now fully broken in and sound exceptional. There is no other similar speaker on the market that can compete with the sound in my opinion. Additionally, their Pollack series in-ceiling speakers are perfect. They truly sound great for the ceiling application and fill the room with warm, true sound. I will only call on audio video artistry for my projects in the future!

Just had my AV system updated by AV artistry and while I’m still exploring all the updates done, I can say they did an excellent job. Example? Prior installers set up ceiling speakers that never had any punch to them. Repeatedly whined and begged that their volume level was too low. Often friends would ask me to turn them up a smidge to which I’d reply they were maxxed out. Now they sing and sound great after AVA’s efforts. My multiroom system is working better than it ever has. New pre-amp sounds great. And Crestron controller (and small amps) are working flawlessly. Kudos to AVA for their work. Recommended!!!!

AV Artistry has been a great company to work with for the past 3 years. Brad and his team (including Chris with CIA alarm systems) have always been super easy to work with and responsive to our every need. We moved into a house that was already wired for audio/video and an integrated security system, but under utilized. AV Artistry was willing to work with us to integrate our existing video and audio products and add the latest components to create an automated home that has fulfilled all our dreams, from Sunbrite outdoor TV for our patio, to our motorized canvas art frame TV over our fireplace, to a comprehensive security system that is the best we’ve ever had.

Just purchased a demo Accuphase E 800 integrated amp. Unit is in perfect condition. It sounded phenomenal paired with Master Artist speakers. Sounds equally great in my system. Highly recommend.

Just had a new WiFi system installed in a large house with disconnected attic space. A tough job with a few unexpected hitches. AVA delivered what they promised at no extra charge. Highly satisfied and would recommend them without reservation.

I can't even mention all the technological things that AVA did for our home (e.g., installation of a new Frame tv, surround sound setup, alarm system (including Ring doorbell and 4 cameras) hookup). Absolutely every interaction with AVA staff was polite, courteous, and professional. Further, there were no hidden fees in the estimate, so we knew exactly what we were getting and the exact cost. Finally, when AVA completed the work, everything actually worked! I was fortunate to hear the Master Audio Signature Towers driven by Accuphase electronics at the Apoxona Hi-Fi Show in Chicago last month & they made such an impression on me that I arranged for a more personal extended audition in their East Memphis showroom last week.
Christian Rogers is a master at crossover design & driver implementation. The Signature Towers are a modestly sized Bass module & Satellite system that employ Accuton Ceramic drivers mated to a Raal Ribbon. I know something about how these drivers perform, having admired similar designs from Marten (for a 35-45% more $) & owning a less ambitious design that employs smaller ceramic drivers & a larger Raal Ribbon.
The most immediately notable attribute to these designs are dynamic agility (both micro & macro) & a resolution that allows you to see into the recording.
The Signature Towers however are endowed with a Coherency & lifelike Soundstage that I have rarely experienced before. The Scale of the presentation & the completely natural spatial relationship between performers in Depth, Height & Width allows the immense Image Density of a living breathing Stage to open up before you. The hotel room in Chicago was brighter than most & the showroom in East Memphis was darker, but the above statements remain evident nonetheless.
The Showroom in East Memphis is impressive. They were remodeling a very ambitious Theater room & the business has been around for 25 years.
These guys know what they’re doing. They are very carful curators of exquisite sound & are a pleasure to deal with. Brad was very gracious & allows me the opportunity to actually hear a less ambitious MTM design with a unique hourglass shape (with a handsome vinyl & wood veneer) that was able to provide a seamless transition between its two ceramic drivers & an amazing 1” ceramic inverted dome (all of course from Accuton). I asked Christian about his driver choices & his answer was ‘matter of fact’…he simply said that he chooses whatever specific drivers allow for the most ideal complementary whole that he can work his network (crossover) magic on. All I can say is that in the crafting of all this equipment we love…you’re wise to find you a guru…passion for exquisite sound is as much an Art as a scientific expression & the guys at Audio Video Artistry have their eyes on the right kind of prize…moving your soul!!!!

We recently upgraded our smart home to Crestron Home. Brad and his staff at AV Artistry were absolutely wonderful. They made sure that everything was installed properly and spent time with us to make sure that we understood and were able to take full advantage of our new system. Their staff is so helpful and responsive. Special shoutout to Gabriel who was always there to help. I purchased a high-end audiophile CD transport from Chris. His description of the component's history and condition were forthcoming and I found Chris to be honest and knowledgeable. After selling this unit at a fair price, he went the extra mile and drove four hours so that I could meet him, pick up the CD transport myself and avoid shipping a rare and fragile item with FedEx or UPS. Clearly, this is something only another audiophile rather than a salesman would do, service above and beyond. Highly recommended.

We built a 2000 square foot addition for which AVA did the home theater and surround sound speakers. Their work was phenomenal. They did the room design and acoustic paneling system. We got the master Artist Van Gogh cinema package with anthem electronics, total control, 165” SI screen and JVc laser projector. Everything came out wonderfully and sounds amazing. Rest of addition we got master Artist Seurat speakers which sound great too. Overall extremely pleased with quality and service

Chris and his team did an amazing job setting up our home network and refreshing our theater room. They were super honest about the existing speakers that were still in great shape and only recommended replacing what was inoperable or woefully out of date. We are happy with our new Master Artist Picasso dual sub and single sub, along with Epson laser projector with anthem processor and amps and Control by Total Control. So easy that the whole family can operate it.

Chris and team did a fantastic job installing their flush-mount custom made speakers in our ceilings, as well as their TV Soundbar and outdoor speakers. We enjoy the easy-to-use remote security Cameras and also their DoorBird security cameras. Just an all-around great system. Solid Wifi that never fails and great sound out of their Crestron system. Most importantly, they follow through on their promises and get the job done as promised and within budget!

Gabrielle and Eric were the main two people that I dealt with in terms of purchase and install. My preexisting pool speakers were having issues with sound once he completed the new install and Eric stayed until he got it to work perfectly with the new upgrades. Gabrielle still text and available at any point with questions. I have Eric personal number as well in which he also volunteered to help or answer questions at any given time. I understand that some may be reluctant because of the price however it is well worth it.

Had AV Artistry come to my house and provide equipment and upgrades in three areas. One had their speakers built into a wall with TV mounted in between. One received their custom built soundbar and subwoofer and my porch received an upgraded soundbar and wireless subwoofer. All are tied with their BlueOS controller. They did an excellent job on installation. They also programmed everything to work seamlessly and to be easy to control. Highly recommend

I have a very nice system consisting of b&w 802 speakers and surrounds as well. My processor I had wasn’t 4k capable. Chris asked me if I wanted to change speakers also and I said “no, I love these speakers”. He replied you haven’t even heard them yet. Then he pitched me on a trinov processor. It was pricey but now it is one of the best upgrades I have ever made. The transparency and clarity are phenomenal. I am hearing things I never heard before. It really is like night and day. He also installed atmos b&w speakers. They tailor the trinov to the room and it can be tweaked to take into account furnishings,pictures, and everything in the room. A truly amazing piece of equipment. Highly recommend it. Thanks Chris for opening my ears to the possibilities. New review: i just added a Bermester amplifier 350w to power my b&w 802s. Additionally i added a bermester 151mk2 streamer. I would never have believed a streamer could make that much difference. I feel like I have now unlocked the potential of these speakers. Nothing short of incredible. Guests who had heard my system previously are blown away by the clarity and detail of the music. I can now spend hours in my room as I feel like I am hearing a lot of the music for the first time.ok so I added another bermester amp to have a monoblock set up. I could sit in this room all day and listen to the music. Quality and detail. Isn’t that what it’s all about
